Your care is led by Fardowsa Sheikh, PMHNP, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides mental health treatment, diagnostic testing, medication management, individual therapy and psychoeducation, in English, Somali and Arabic. We proudly serve patients from age 6, from children and teens to adults and seniors, ensuring every individual receives age-appropriate, evidence-based support.
